A new public works facility for the City of Galena, IL.  Features include:

• 7,200 square feet
• 3 main truck bays + 2 service/maintenance bays
• radiant in-floor heating
• "daylight harvesting" for energy conservation
• R-38 insulation in roof system
• office, mezzanine storage and maintenance areas
